Terms of use

The basic rules for using this website and House Of Tums digital resources.

Effective 3 August 2026

Using the website

You may browse the site and use its public content for lawful personal purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, misuse forms or use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on the service.

Digital product licence

Unless a product states otherwise, a purchase provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use or internal use by one purchasing business. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share or claim the product as your own.

Educational information

Business, education, wellness and creator resources provide general educational information. They do not guarantee income, business performance, learning outcomes or health results. Wellness products do not replace professional medical or mental-health care.

Prices and availability

Prices are displayed in South African rand unless stated otherwise. Product details, availability and promotional pricing may change. We will correct clear errors and communicate material changes affecting an order.

Intellectual property

The House Of Tums name, site design, written content and digital resources are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Permission is required for use beyond the licence supplied with a product.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, House Of Tums is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of general educational content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Contact and updates

Questions can be sent to houseoftumsglobalco@gmail.com. We may update these terms when the business or services change, and the effective date will be revised.

These terms are a practical starting point and should be reviewed by a qualified South African legal professional before automated sales, memberships, coaching, apps or software services launch.
